Contact us at 1-888-850-6891 to speak with a specialist to enroll into a 1 Year or 2 Year Membership with us so you can then enjoy the opportunity to submit unlimited weeks for rent or to get offers for the sell of your property. Keep in mind, With the 1 Year membership we charge a 30% commission once the property has been rented and for 2 Year membership we charge a 20% commission once the property has been rented. Outside of this, We do not charge any additional Taxes or commission fees. Join today!!!

After enrollment you are ready to rent your weeks. For Deeded weeks, You will contact your resort or go online to your resort webpage and book your time for anytime that is at minimum 45 days out and contact us back with the confirmation number. This gives us time to confirm your booking with the resorts and to do a market analysis in order to get you the best offer possible for you deeded time. For Extra Vacation Getaways or Certificates that owners receive through their exchange corporation, You simply give us a range offer you are looking for or we will contact you with available offers depending on location and time of year.

Once an Offer is accepted, You will then need to contact your resort back in order to update the travelers information on the reservation in order to allow the client to travel on that time in your place. From there, Once the cancellation period on the reservation has passed, Your funds will be released in either the form of a Direct Deposit to an account of your choice with our commission fee already deducted or Standard bank drafter cashiers check sent out to the home address on file with our commission fee already deducted.
